Terms of Service

My commissions are for personal use only and I take 3 commissions per month as of now. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the following conditions as well as my rules which are public and will be reminded as necessary. Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms. If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

I own all rights to the art and reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my commissioned work. Clients are prohibited from feeding Andarsia's work into any AI engine or using the commissioned artwork commercially without possessing commercial rights. Clients also must not use any work derivative from the commissioned art in a commercial manner. I will send you a full resolution image (by email), but my signature will remain on all resolutions of the artwork. Fanart commissions may be used by me for the production of prints and merchandise. I have every right to decline a commission if the commission does not adhere to the ToS and instead aligns with the list of specifications that I will not do.

Sharing

- I will post commissioned works on my social media and include the artwork in my portfolio unless you specify otherwise and I will ask the client to make sure.

- Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use the commissioned art on another platform

I will NOT draw:

• Explicit content, artwork promoting hate speech, artwork that provokes offense, and artwork featuring political views.

Communication

• The method of communication used will be E-mail.

Add-ons

• Each add-on will cost +60% of the original base price of the category that the add-on will be in (e.g. pet/animal, person).

References

• In the case of a commission that requires me to replicate a photo, please provide authentic, non-copyrighted images.

The Process [Digital and Traditional Art]

- Once I am contacted regarding the commission, the method of payment will be an upfront Venmo or Paypal transaction in USD. As I begin to work on your commission, pictures will be sent by email depicting my progress of the art upon request with watermarks in files clear but without the full resolution. Near completion, I will update you with another picture to confirm whether or not it aligns with your vision in check for alterations (e.g. alterations in facial expression, hair color, clothing fabric pattern, color palette and harmonization, etc) except for compositional changes.

Digital Art Commission: The artwork, as a digital commission will typically take a 3-10-day time duration up to completion. I will email you the art in the original size and resolution without the 'Andarsia' watermark with my signature included. The file format for digital artwork will be in PNG. In the case of the client losing the digital art, the file will be available from me as I take measures on prevention from the loss of art files, however, I cannot guarantee against computer failure, accidental deletion, or loss.

Traditional Art Commission: Physical artworks will also typically be completed in a 3-10-day time duration, however, if it is a larger-sized piece, it may take 6-14 days to complete. Upon completion, I will then proceed to ship the art piece carefully wrapped in a sheet of protective glassine paper along with a signed Certificate of Authenticity in preservative packaging. Please consider that the shipping zone is not international but within the USA and will take anywhere from 3-10 business days.

Refund Policy

- With no refunds under any circumstance, all sales are final once the transaction has gone through.

Revisions policy

• As I undertake the commission, there will be no revisions on the Commissioned idea; However, compositional alterations only during the sketching/composing process are accepted with no additional fees (Such as revising the full pose or perspective) in which I will send you images of the sketch or composition for confirmation early on into the duration.

By commissioning me, this means that you have properly read, understood, and agreed to the terms listed above.
